Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Crash Money Analytics LLC ("CMA," "we," "us"), Houston, Texas, collects, uses, and shares information when you use crashmoneyanalytics.io and related services (the "Service"). The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run a subscription publication — mainly your email — and we never ask for, and will not accept, your brokerage credentials or financial account details.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

• Email address — when you join the waitlist, subscribe, or sign up for the free tier, along with your selected tier.
• Account and communication data — messages you send us (support, legal notices) and preferences you set.
• Discord identity — if you connect Discord to receive member benefits, we receive your Discord account identifier for role granting.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Whop, Inc. ("Whop"), acting as merchant of record. Whop collects and processes your payment card details, billing address, and tax information directly; CMA never receives or stores your full card number. Whop handles applicable sales tax/VAT as the seller of record. We receive from Whop only what we need to service your subscription: your email, subscription tier, status, and transaction identifiers. Whop's own privacy policy (whop.com/privacy) governs its processing.

Information collected automatically

Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested, timestamps) for security, abuse prevention, and aggregate analytics. We do not run third-party advertising trackers and we do not sell personal information.

What we deliberately do not collect

• Brokerage account numbers, API keys, or credentials — do not send them to us.
• Your positions, balances, or trading activity.
• Financial-situation details — the Service is impersonal by design.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide the Service: deliver signal publications, member content, and emails.
• To manage subscriptions, billing status, and member benefits (e.g., Discord roles).
• To operate the founding-member waitlist and notify you when seats open.
• To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
• To send service and marketing email — every marketing email includes one-click unsubscribe; transactional email (receipts, legal notices) is sent as needed.

3. How We Share Information

We share personal information only with:

• Service providers — Whop (payments, as merchant of record), our email delivery provider, Cloudflare (hosting, security, and data storage), and Discord (if you connect it). Each processes data only to provide its service.
• Legal and safety — when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of CMA, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers — in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this policy.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Data Retention

Waitlist entries are kept until you subscribe or ask us to delete them. Account and subscription records are kept for the life of the account plus the period required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Server logs rotate on a short schedule. You may request deletion at any time (Section 6).

5. Security

Data in transit is encrypted (TLS). Data at rest lives in access-controlled infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you should use a unique password for any account.

6. Your Rights and Choices

• Access, correction, deletion — email privacy@crashmoneyanalytics.io and we will honor verified requests within a reasonable time, subject to legal retention obligations.
• Unsubscribe — every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
• Texas residents — the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives you rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, and to opt out of sale/targeted advertising (we do neither). Exercise them via the email above; appeals may be directed to the same address.
• EEA/UK visitors — where GDPR applies, our legal bases are contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security, service improvement), and consent (marketing). You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a minor provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. International Transfers

We are U.S.-based and process data in the United States (and on Cloudflare's global network). By using the Service you understand your information will be processed in the U.S., which may have different data-protection rules than your jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We will post any changes here with an updated date and, for material changes, notify subscribers by email before they take effect.
